Customer Cancellation Policy

Customers who wish to cancel their WEBSITE DESIGN AGREEMENT or ADVERTISING campaign must provide official notification in writing by U.S. mail to the address listed below or email. Include the reasons for cancellation. Customers are responsible for notification within 24 to 48 hours of payment receipt. A full refund will be given for all unfinished work that has not been completed by our company, with the exception of Monthly Advertising Subscriptions.

Cancellation is effective from the date postmarked on the written notice, or, for email, the date received by the staff.

Participants will continue to accrue non-recoverable costs based on the chart below until official notification is received.

Customers are responsible for all fees until notification is received by the staff of Churches in Las Vegas.com.

Cancellation of Monthly Website Host server Subscription

Customers who wish to cancel their monthly Website Host Server subscription may do so at any time with official 30-day advance notification in writing by U.S. mail or email.

Customers who have subscribed to an advertising agreement may cancel at any time with a thirty (30) day written notice. Customers are bound to the advertising agreement in which they signed.

Refund Policy:

The advertising subscription fees, if applicable, and website deposit fees are non-refundable.

Customers website design will begin after 48 hours of their agreement. At this point, the website project incurs certain non-recoverable costs. Therefore, any customer who cancels at any time after the confirmation deposit has been received will be responsible for the website design costs in addition to the following, upon cancellation from the program:

Website Design Cancellation Period Penalty

24 to 48 hours before the website design starts (full refund within 30 days)

72+ hours  (Customer will only receive a refund of any unfinished work)


These penalties are the minimum amounts due. Customers will be held financially liable for all non-recoverable costs that exceed these amounts.

The information contained in this Cancellation and Refund Policy supersedes any verbal or other written information that anyone may receive regarding this policy.
